CEO & Founder of GCT · QCI Co-Founder & CTO
Andrew Cardno has more than 25 years of experience in AI and data science. He has co-authored 16 books, holds more than 150 patent applications and is a two-time Smithsonian Laureate. His work has served demanding businesses across sectors including gaming, healthcare and retail.
At GCT, his executive role sits alongside a company with 15+ years of licensing and implementation experience in regulated resort operations. Separately, as QCI Co-Founder & CTO, he contributes to QCI’s technology direction. GCT is a distributor and operating partner; it is not the owner or developer of QCI’s platform.
Andrew advocates for Tribal data sovereignty. That principle begins with recognizing that data stewardship, governance and decision-making belong in the context of each Tribal Nation and its priorities.
