San Diego, CA – French Lick Resort has opted to install BIS²’s multi-award-winning marketing campaign management tool, crmViz, in its 1,100-slot casino. The Southern Indiana resort complex, which currently uses BIS²’s floorVizPLUS, resortViz and aimViz products, has deployed crmViz to target key customers for its marketing efforts.
“We are always looking for ways to intelligently and efficiently connect with our patrons,” said Brian Marsh, Vice President of Casino Operations, French Lick Resort. “crmViz allows us to view groups of customers based on any variable we track, from geographical location to game preferences to frequency of play. We can then use that segmentation to tailor more effective marketing and promotional campaigns.”
“We are extremely pleased that our valued customer, French Lick Resort, is expanding its portfolio of BIS² analytics tools to include crmViz,” said BIS² President, Mukesh Gordhan. “crmViz will allow management to view all of the casino’s customers in a single picture and then easily identify those groups that offer the best revenue-generation opportunities.”
“We have enjoyed working with the French Lick team to implement crmViz and look forward to supporting them as they realize the financial benefits of using this powerful, yet intuitive software for better marketing decisions,” said Andrew Cardno, CTO of BIS². “crmViz will allow French Lick to zero in on customer groups that represent the greatest likelihood of returning to the casino, while at the same time avoid spending too much on marketing to customers that consistently come back on their own.”
In March, Casino Enterprise Management named BIS²’s crmViz and Customer Preference Calculators as winners in its 2013 Slot Floor Technology Awards. It was the third consecutive year that the gaming trade publication honored BIS²’s business intelligence tools as being among the industry’s top 10 products.
