It marks the third year in a row that BIS² business intelligence tools have been honored as being among the industry’s Top 10 products by the respected gaming trade monthly.

Operators can create multiple customer lists to which specific marketing campaigns can be applied. It is a unique and innovative solution that combines behavioral management—including player behavior based on recency, frequency and spend—and functional campaign management, to help create detailed marketing campaigns.

Customer Preference Calculators allow casino owners to determine player preferences by analyzing machine and player data. The system uses two key concepts—preference filters and preference restrictions. Preference filters allow users to isolate data based on hour of day, location, theme or a specific marketing program, eliminating inconsequential data that would normally cloud analysis. Preference restrictions allow users to group players based on their gaming product choices. For example, a user could specify all players who played a particular machine in a given month—or even those who spent a specific percentage of their play on that machine.
