San Diego, CA – BIS² announced today a highly successful implementation of its War Room strategy at French Lick Resort, Indiana.

French Lick Resort had legacy systems that were very effective in running the business but did not provide an important centralized view of the customer. The challenge to BIS² was to provide a resort-centric view of French Lick’s customers and provide world-class customer query and analytics capability. In addition, the solution needed to be installed and running in four weeks time including training.
BIS²’s solution, resortViz™, was installed at French Lick and brought together data from both the Hotel Lodging Management System (LMS) with their third party ACSC gaming system into one seamless property-wide customer view. BIS² met the required timelines and created a centralized “guestID” that spanned across both hotel and gaming data and included point of sale data that provided a whole of property view.
BIS²’s resortViz industry solution allows resort operators to directly interrogate their data without the requirement for ETL, and see the results visually using innovative and powerful Super Graphics. resortViz represents the next generation of advanced data visualization software for strategic, operational, and analytical users of gaming and resort data.
