The presentation, which was in conjunction with Spielo International, a BIS² partner, covered the importance of using system data to understand player behavior and the factors that influence customer preferences in order to optimize revenue on the casino floor.
The European Casino Association (ECA) Slot Summit, September 18 to September 20, 2012, is being held at the Lucien Barriere Casino & Conference center, Enghien-les-Bains, Paris, France. The Slot Summit has a regional focus on France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and the UK – including Ireland.
