Andrew Cardno
CEO & Founder

Andrew is an established thought leader in visual analytics, with over 21 years of experience in the field. Andrew has led private Ph.D./Masters research teams in visualization/development for over 15 years, this leadership won Andrew two Smithsonian Laureates and more than 20 international and innovation awards. He is an inventor of over 80 patent applications. He has published over 100 industry and academic articles and is co-author of the books. In addition, Andrew provides expert consultation on high performance databases and data visualization, as well as software services to casinos in the United States.

Andrew’s current vision is the digital transformation of the Gaming Industry.

Charles Sellers
Director of Compliance

Charles is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in public practice. He began his career with eight years at Ernst & Young before leaving to set up his own firm, Sellers & Company. After successfully managing that practice for over 20 years, he merged it into a larger company and accepted a faculty position at San Diego State University where he taught Accounting Ethics. In 2013, he joined Squar Milner as regional director of trust and estate planning, specializing in tax advice for small businesses and high net worth individuals.

At GCT, Charles is responsible for federal, state, local and tribal compliance as well as financial reporting, tax and other compliance matters.

Karen Cardno
Operations Manager and Compliance Tech

Karen has a background in political science and policy analysis and has worked for various government agencies and investigative committees. Karen has also held operational positions in various businesses, both in the United States and overseas.

Karen’s role at GCT is to manage operations and provide technical and policy support for licensing.
